About This Class

Sunrise Yoga is a steady, strength-building vinyasa practice designed to awaken the body and focus the mind. Each class follows a consistent arc of spinal warmups, sun salutations, standing sequences, backbends, balances, and grounding twists.

The familiar structure allows students to build confidence, refine alignment, and deepen their practice over time. Breath guides movement, strength develops gradually, and clarity emerges naturally.

All levels are welcome.
