Presence Through Practice

WellBodyMind was founded on the belief that yoga is not about perfection — it's about presence. Each practice is an opportunity to return to yourself, to move with intention, and to cultivate a sense of steadiness that carries beyond the mat.

Brian Winters is a yoga teacher based in the Dryden–Ithaca area, offering breath-led, strength-building practices that help students feel more present, centered, and embodied.

His teaching emphasizes the breath as the unifying thread — guiding movement, anchoring attention, and connecting each posture into a steady, continuous flow. Classes are designed to build strength and stability while creating space for awareness and clarity to emerge.

Rooted in both grounded physical practice and subtle energetic awareness, Brian’s work integrates elements of vinyasa, breathwork, and Kundalini-inspired techniques. The experience remains accessible and steady on the surface, with deeper layers available for those who are open to them.

"The breath is the thread that weaves the practice into something whole."
